Processing Time                                                                                                              

  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If it is not in your primary Inbox, please check your Junk folder.  
  • If you order multiple sets, you may receive multiple packages.
  • If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will gladly change it.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping Locations     

  • We currently ship within the United States
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally 

Delays

  • Please note that holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may affect delivery times 
  • Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We carefully pack and ship your order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll be happy to help. 
  • If your package is lost in transit, please reach out so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
