Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If it is not in your primary Inbox, please check your Junk folder.
- If you order multiple sets, you may receive multiple packages.
- If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed, we will gladly change it.

- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days
- Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Delays
- Please note that holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays may affect delivery times
- Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier
Lost or Damaged Packages
- We carefully pack and ship your order. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we'll be happy to help.
- If your package is lost in transit, please reach out so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
